Reserve Chardonnay 2022

Beautiful buttery-yellow colour, followed by a bouquet of oak spice and fresh citrus rind, intertwined with notes of vanilla and ripe yellow peaches. Subtle hints of toffee and a gentle nuttiness add further layers of complexity. A refreshing burst of limey citrus acidity is perfectly balanced with the integrated oak, allowing the fruit to take centre stage. An elegant style of Chardonnay with a creamy mouthfeel and vibrant flavours of peach and yellow citrus on the finish.

Serve with grilled salmon with lemon-butter sauce, roast chicken with herbs, creamy seafood pasta, butternut squash risotto, vegetable stir fry with ginger or soy sauce, or Camembert cheese.
