Deep golden colour, with prominent aromas of cloves and ripe apricots. The palate displays a lovely zippy lemon-like acidity, with complementary flavours of pineapples and yellow peaches. The oak is in perfect balance with the fruit, and the wine finishes with a subtle hint of caramel. 60% Matured in new French oak barrels for 26 months.
